- Built a Trucking Ticket Management System (React, Node/Express, Azure SQL) that eliminated 2 hours a day of manual reconciliation of paper trucking tickets ($23K to $26K a year). Used by 60 people across 15 jobs for 20 to 30 tickets a day, with Entra ID verification, cost code splitting and invoicing.
- Built a retrieval assistant over SharePoint (Azure, OpenAI API) that reclaimed about 2 staff hours a day ($23K to $26K a year). About 50 staff ask it around 150 queries a week. Answers are gated on confidence thresholds and each release is cleared against a 60-question ground-truth suite.
- Built an email intake and reporting agent (OpenAI API, Microsoft Graph, Azure) that saves about 1 staff hour a day ($11K to $13K a year). It recognizes target emails, files attachments to the job's SharePoint folder, replies to the sender, alerts the job's foremen and generates job reports.
- Drawing revision overlays: costed a tool-calling agent against the capacity it would reclaim, then delivered the same outcome with a Python and Bluebeam batch automation, avoiding recurring model cost.
- Define the test plan and edge-case matrix before implementation, pilot with crews, and monitor logs and support requests to surface defects users do not report. Run discovery with operations and accounting and turn demo feedback into specifications that ship without follow-up.

Statically scanned about 1,000 public MCP servers: no injectable surface.
